    A. Operate a Steering Committee (SC) and an External Advisory Panel (EAP)

    B. Organize the Annual National Data Harmonization and CDE User Meeting and committee meetings, workshops and retreats

    C. Manage the pilot study award lifecycle

    D. Advance RRN innovation capacity development with end user support for the CDE-Engine and CDE-Data

    E. Operate RRN with a governance framework following established principles and best practices
